FastPictureViewer has been updated to version 1.5 build 197. This program is aimed at the digital photographer and can be used to quickly and easily view and rate large amounts of images. There are no image editing options, but the program does support the raw format of more than 320 digital cameras. Separate downloads are available for 32bit– and 64bitenvironments, and the program is free for non-commercial use. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes have been made:

- Maintenance releases to update the bundled raw codecs to v3.1.0.33 (which fixes the CD-ROM/DVD large thumbnail issue reported by some users).
What’s new in FastPictureViewer 1.5 build 196:
- FPV Pro now looks for two new self-explanatory registry values: WriteSoftwareCreatorInMetadata (used when rating) and EnableFullPathInCaption.
