Software update: Azureus 2.3.0.0

Yesterday, after a long series of betas, version 2.3.0.0 of the BitTorrent client Azureus written in Java was released. The program runs on Linux, MacOS X and Windows, among others, and has features such as prioritizing specific torrents or even individual files in a torrent.
