Apple has released an update for GarageBand. The update is numbered 2.01 and is available from here are downloaded. Apple’s GarageBand allows you to compose your own piece of music using samples and MIDI. Your own creations can then be burned to a CD or DVD, or used as film music. In the release notes you can read the following about this update:
GarageBand 2.0.1 addresses issues with duplicating tracks, playhead snapping to grid, joining software instrument regions on adjacent tracks, making precise adjustments to volume and pan settings, and converting Software Instrument Apple Loops based on drum sounds into Real Instrument Apple Loops.
It also addresses an issue where recorded Real Instrument regions may not properly adjust to changes in the project key.[break] Click for a larger version.
