Rage 2, from developers id Software and Avalanche Studios, will be released on May 14, 2019 for Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The game is published by Bethesda Softworks and is a sequel to the 2010 first person shooter.

Rage 2 takes place thirty years after the first game and picks up where the story left off. This time you play Walker, the last ranger. Once again, the player must survive in a colorful Mad Max-inspired world filled with heavily armed cars and dangerous mutants. New characters are introduced, but also some familiar faces from the first Rage game return.
