Minecraft Dungeons will be released on May 26. That’s about a month later than planned. The delay has to do with the corona pandemic, says developer Mojang. The top-down dungeon crawler is coming to PC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4.

Mojang says it puts the health and safety of developers first and wants to give them the opportunity to deliver “the best experience possible.” Earlier, the developer had announced that the game would be released in April, without specifying a date.

Minecraft Dungeons is a dungeon crawler with hack ‘n slash elements for four players. The game can be played together locally and online. The game costs twenty euros and there will be a Hero version with season pass for thirty euros. The Minecraft spin-off was announced in 2018.
