Logitech introduces a new wired gaming headset in its G Color Collection series. This G335 will appear in three different colors in mid-July for a suggested retail price of 70 euros.

According to the manufacturer, the Logitech G 335 Wired Gaming Headset is a ‘smaller and lighter’ variant of the G733 Lightspeed Wireless, with a weight of 240 grams. Logitech provides both headsets with 40mm drivers, for example, and the design is similar. The more expensive G733 has support for DTS Headphone:X 2.0 for virtual surround sound, but this is not mentioned on the G335 product page.

The new G335 headset can only be used wired via a 3.5mm combo jack for audio and the integrated microphone. This makes the headset compatible with PC and consoles from Microsoft and Sony. The Nintendo Switch is also supported. Logitech includes a 3.5mm splitter for PC users.

The headset will be available in three color variants; black, white and a new ‘mint’ color, although the latter is only available at specific online stores. The nylon headbands of the G335 are also interchangeable. Logitech sells colored headbands separately for 10 euros. Along with the headsets, Logitech also introduces a mint-colored variant of its wireless G305 gaming mouse for 60 euros.
