Images have once again surfaced of what is believed to be Sony’s unannounced Xperia Z3. One of the images shows how thin the housing of the smartphone will be.
The images were posted online by Evleaks, which is known for releasing details of unannounced smartphones. One of the images shows the side of the suspected Xperia Z3, which clearly shows how thin the housing is. In addition, a camera button can be seen, which was already present on the Xperia Z2. It is not yet clear what the back is made of. The Xperia Z, Z1 and Z2 all had glass backs, but the backs in the photos appear matte and not shiny, which may indicate that Sony is now using plastic.
It is not the first time that pictures have come out of the suspected Xperia Z3. A user of the Chinese social networking site Weibo already posted images online, which already made it clear that the new top model from Sony resembles smartphones it released earlier. The previous images also showed that the Xperia Z3, just like its predecessor the Xperia Z2, has a Snapdragon 801 soc and is equipped with Android 4.4.4.
