New images have surfaced of Samsung’s Galaxy Watch Active 2. It seems that the new smartwatch will be available with a regular version and a version with 4G, in two different sizes.
Images that SamMobile discovered show how the watch will be available in two sizes. One is 40mm, another 44mm. There is also a version that supports 4G. According to SamMobile, that model has a larger battery of 340mAh compared to the 237mAh of the Wi-Fi model. There also seem to be speakers on the smartwatch, something that was not the case on the previous model. It is not known what they are for.
Just like with the previous Galaxy Watch Active, there is no rotating bezel on this model. Furthermore, the new watch is very similar to the older model, with a few minor aesthetic changes to the buttons on the sides. It is also striking that there is a round ring around the heart rate sensor on the back. According to SamMobile, the images also show version 1.5 of the One UI software, which is currently not on the Galaxy Watch Active.
