NEC has released a new firmware version for its ND-1300 DVD-R(W), DVD+R(W) and CD-R(W) burner. The new release is numbered 1.07. Unfortunately, the company does not provide us with a changelog, but as comments with the download we find the following:

Neues überarbeitetes Firmware update 1.07 with Windows installer. Bitte Liesmich Datei beached! Wenn zuvor bereits das Firmwareupdate 1.06 (Dos od. Win) erfolgreich aufgespielt wurde, ist dieses Update nicht mehr notwendig. Es ändert sich nur der Installer, der Inhalt bleibt wie zu Version 1.06 gleich! Ebenso is firmware 1.06 not for 1.07 needed.
