Eminent has released a new stable firmware for the EM7080 hdMEDIA RT media player on Friday. On the GoT, experiences and opinions about this device can be shared in this topic. To install the firmware, a button on the bottom of the player has to be pressed. This release is built around a new SDK and includes support for header compression in mkv files and improved HDMI compatibility with other devices. The full release notes can be found below.
