Acer may soon come with two curved 34″ displays aimed at gamers. One model supports Nvidia’s G-Sync technology, while the other is equipped with AMD’s Freesync. The screens are said to go on sale at the beginning of July.

The two screens have an aspect ratio of 21:9 and each count 3440×1440 pixels, reports Tftcentral. Both monitors have a black housing with a thin bezel and a silver-colored base that offers tilt and height adjustment.

According to the site, the monitors use LG IPS panels with a maximum refresh rate of 75Hz. The panel’s stated response time is 4ms, the contrast ratio is 1000:1. The XR341CK has support for AMD’s FreeSync, while the XR341CKA has Nvidia’s G-sync. Both technologies should prevent tearing and stuttering in games. However, a compatible graphics card is required.

The XR341CK features HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, and Mini DisplayPort, plus a four-port USB 3.0 hub. The sister model equipped with G-Sync only has a display port and an HDMI 1.4 output in addition to the USB hub. Both models have 7W stereo speakers. According to Tftcentral, the screens should be available in early July, the XR341CK for £899, the XR341CKA for £999. Whether and if so, when the screens will come to the Benelux is unknown.
