Bayonetta will be published in autumn 2009

Publisher Sega will release action game Bayonetta in the fall. The game, of which versions for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 are being made, will appear in all regions at the same time. It was designed by Devil May Cry creator Hideki Kamiya.

Publisher Sega has confirmed that the action game Bayonetta will be released this fall appears. The publisher does not yet want to name an exact date; Sega did indicate that the game will be released in all regions at the same time. Both versions – the game will have an Xbox 360 and a PlayStation 3 version – will also be released on the market at the same time.

Bayonetta is an action game from developer Platinum Games. According to creator Hideki Kamiya, it would be full of fast-paced action. It is very similar to Devil May Cry, which was also made by Platinum Games under the direction of Kamiya. The game is named after the witch Bayonetta, around whom the game revolves. Not only does she use magic, but she also has four pistols at her disposal: one for each hand and foot.
