Adobe has presented new versions of video programs Premiere Pro and After Effects. Premiere Pro can now automatically upload videos to platforms including YouTube or Twitter after exporting.

Premiere Pro also automatically suggests settings per platform used, reports Adobe. In addition to YouTube, the program also integrates Facebook, Twitter and Behance. In addition, users can put videos on Creative Cloud and a self-selected ftp server. Users can link accounts in the browser. Uploads are private by default, so users can review them before the videos go live publicly.

For the import, Adobe has developed a new interface, which should make it easier to scrub through video material to find the right fragment. The new workflow for imports and exports is in the new Header Bar that combines import, edit and export functions, Adobe says.

After Effects now has Scene Edit Detection to display edits in a scene as a separate layer. In addition, the Mac version is now native to Apple’s M1 socs. That should make working with the program and exports faster. Adobe claims a speed gain of two times to four times, depending on the soc used and work activities. The updates will be released later this week for Creative Cloud users.
