Vivo has launched an interesting new smartphone, the Vivo V9. The most striking thing about this phone is a 24 megapixel selfie camera (f / 2.0) with AI Face Beauty function, which among other things detects your age, gender and skin color and tries to make the most optimal pictures of you through algorithms. The light can also be adjusted with, for example, Natural Light or Studio Light.

The V9 can also be unlocked via face recognition (AI Face Access) if you prefer not to use the fingerprint scanner at the back.
In addition to the advanced selfie camera, the V9 also has more to offer. The device has a 6.3 inch FHD + screen, a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 626 processor with ‘TruSignal Antenna Boost’, a double camera on the back (16mp + 5mp), 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.
The V9 is a slightly simpler version of the Vivo X21 that was previously announced. The device, which runs on Android 8.1 (with Funtouch OS 4.0), is intended for different Asian countries, but will probably also be available internationally via Chinese webshops.
