Software Update: Zend Framework 1.9.1

Zend has released version 1.9.1 of its Zend Framework. This framework focuses on facilitating the design, writing and maintenance of php applications. To make this possible, various APIs from Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Yahoo and Flickr have been integrated into Zend Framework, among others. Furthermore, the program contains search functionality, and support for ajax and for RSS and atom syndication. The corresponding announcement looks like this:

Zend Framework 1.9.1 Released

Alexander Veremyev, member of the Zend Framework Team, announced the following today on the Zend Framework Mailing list:

The Zend Framework team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of the 1.9.1 release, the first maintenance release in the 1.9 series. Over 30 issues have been resolved for this release, covering 17 different components.

You may download it from the Zend Framework site.

This release contains various fixes to the Zend_Tool command line runner as well as fixes and improvements for other components.
