After more than five years of development, Jan Sott finally released the final release of version 1.0 of the tweak program xpy on Tuesday. The only 93kB large xpy is made to make Windows more secure and ensure user privacy. For example, xpy has several antispyware capabilities on board, protects against known security vulnerabilities, including rpc/dcom and LMHash, and canphone homedisable Windows functionality. Finally, it should also improve the performance of Windows. The program is intended for Windows 2000, XP and 2003 Server, but there is also a special version for Windows Vista called vispa.
