Anonymous: 4632 informed us that a new version of the program has appeared on the XP Anti-Spy homepage: version 3.51. The changelog lists the following changes:

Version 3.51:

The setting ‘Fast shutdown’ couldn’t be disabled in the last version, I fixed this.

Version 3.5:

Added functionality to enable a faster shutdown.
Added functionality to disable the UPNP service.
Added functionality to increase to maximum connections to a server at a time.
Added functionality to disable the builtin zip tool.
Recognition of the OS revised
