Spread the love

NTWind Software has released a beta release of WinSnap. With this program it is possible to take screenshots in Windows, where WinSnap takes into account the ’round corners’ that many windows in Windows XP and Vista have. Different windows or an open pull-down menu can also be ‘grabbed’. In addition, some operations can be performed on the images, including rotating and adding a shadow or watermark. The changelog of this release shows the following changes:

Changes in version 3.5.1 beta:

  • New options toolbar for quick access to capture preferences
  • New feature: delayed capture (5 seconds before taking snapshot)
  • Updated trial reminder and enter license key dialogs
  • Added ability to capture popup menus of QT applications (Object mode)
  • Several fixes and improvements on the region selection mode
  • Region selection is now 2 pixels wide
  • Some other minor improvements and bug fixes
