Download Winamp 5.33

After the earlier beta, the final release of version 5.33 of the popular media player has now appeared on the Winamp forum. Winamp can be downloaded in different variants. The Lite version only plays music files. With the Full version, video files can be viewed and web radio broadcasts can be listened to (SHOUTcast), this version also has a media library and CDs can be ripped with it. Finally, the Pro version can also encrypt files and burn CDs. However, you have to pay for these features. The new release has a lot of changes on board, the most important of which is the support for Unicode in the Music Library. This makes it possible to display file names in other than the standard Western character set. Keep in mind that your library is modified by this version and that going back to an older version is therefore not possible. It is also striking that for the first time there is no Full version without the eMusic bundle to download. The full changelog for this release shows the following changes:
