Download WebGUI 7.10.10 Beta

WebGUI is a content management system and application framework that allows a website to be managed and set up without the need for extensive technical knowledge. The package includes a photo album, a weblog, a forum, an RSS feed generator and a soap frontend. The developers have released beta version 7.10.10 in the development branch and provided it with the following announcement and list of changes:

WebGUI 7.10.10 (beta) released

This beta release of WebGUI 7.10.10 contains fixes for 8 bugs in the Story Archive, Map, Collaboration System, Specter, AssetProxy macro and the Asset Manager.

Due to the outage at Sourceforge.net, this release is not immediately available from there. Once project uploads are working again, we will place it on their site. In the meantime, you can download it from www.webgui.org/download.

gotcha:

• Asset metadata is now versioned.
• The updated versions of HTML::Packer, JavaScript::Packer and CSS::Packer added for 7.10.9 require perl 5.8.9 or higher to run.
