The webcamXP program allows you to publish your own webcam stream on the worldwide web without too many problems. The program supports almost all webcams that use vfw and wdm, but can also transfer images from ip-based webcams. In addition, the program can also control any available pan, tilt and zoom functions of the webcam. The developer has released version 5.3.4.205 with the following patch of changes:
