The Webcamxp program allows you to publish your own webcam stream on the worldwide web without too much trouble. The program supports almost all webcams that use vfw and wdm, but can also send images from IP-based webcams. In addition, the program can also control any pan, tilt and zoom functions of the webcam. With the release of the 5.x series, the developer has abandoned the year designation in the version numbering.
