Managing your Windows 2k, 2k3 or XP installation is fine from the Control Panel, as long as you don’t have to do more than uninstall Zelda. Those who would like more control over their computer can choose from various programs, of which TweakXP is perhaps the best known. An alternative to TweakXP is Tweak FX. This program written by the Bulgarian programmer George Smilianov is based on plugins, of which there are about thirty so far. This makes the program extensive and very flexible at the same time. The software has today reached version 3.10 and is still available under the GNU General Public License. Unfortunately, a changelog does not appear to be present.
