Tiny Software has released a new version of its Personal Firewall and numbered it 4.5. The release includes a lot of improvements in Windows Security (filtering signals that applications send to the Internet), Intrusion Detection, and integration with VPN. If you are a professional user of the Tiny Personal Firewall, the Enterprise Edition is the download you need. With this version you can centrally manage your TPFs and you have access to an automatic update function. Even without Enterprise Edition, however, you still have access to the following functions:

- Stateful Packet Inspection
- Application Filtering
- MD5 Signature Check
- VPN Integration
- Advanced Rule Processing and Reporting
