Download SmartFTP 4.1 build 1261

Smartsoft has released version 4.1 build 1261 of its ftp client SmartFTP. SmartFTP is a very extensive ftp client. It includes support for secure connections via tls and ssl, server-to-server communication via fxp, error checking via xcrc, and various nat and upnp environments. The program is available in the flavors Home, Professional and Ultimate. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes in version 4.1 build 1261:

• Local Browser: Added [x] Show favorites option to navigation pane
• Main: Disabled MDI non-tabbed mode

Changes in version 4.1 build 1260:

• Text Editor: Updated scintilla
• Windows 8 certified

Changes in version 4.1 build 1258:

• Support for Windows 8 RTM
• Transfer Queue: Reduced number of UI updates.
