Download Opera 96.0.4693.20

Opera has released version 96 of its eponymous web browser. Opera uses the Blink engine. This is part of Chromium, which is also used by Google Chrome, among others. Opera is available for Windows, Linux and macOS. There are also versions for Android and iOS. In version 96, Chromium was updated to version 110. Furthermore, this is the first release that no longer supports Windows 7 and 8.1. The announcement for this release can be found below.

Opera 96 ​​Stable

We’re pleased to announce that Opera 96 ​​has now been released on the Stable branch! This new build is based on Chromium version 110.0.5481.100. In this version the #snapshot-full-page option is turned on, so now you can enjoy making a full-page top-to-bottom screenshots. Also, it’s the first Stable build without Windows 7/8.1 support.
