Software Update: NewsBin Pro 6.52 Build 3191 Beta 2

The second beta release of NewsBin Pro version 6.52 has been released. With this program files such as photos, movies and programs can be retrieved from usenet. New in version 6.50 is, among other things, a watch function, which can be used to watch for specific content when retrieving the headers. Also, the download can be extracted to a different location than where it is initially saved. The changelog for this release looks like this:

• Changes spam filter DLL to only look into .rar files along with wmv/asf files.

• Test downloads will now convert to real downloads if you right click and select “Retry Download”.
• Fixed issue where Test Downloads converted to real downloads were reverting back to a test download on restart.

• Updated spam filtering capabilities in the spam dll. You’ll see FileType Version 1.11 in the logging tab at startup
• Spam filter now identifies rar files containing a .exe claiming to install a special codec to render the video.
