Download NetLimiter 3.0.0.10

Locktime Software released the final release of NetLimiter version 3 on Tuesday. With this program all incoming and outgoing network and internet traffic can be monitored. The program is available in two and later three versions, namely Monitor, Lite and Pro. The first is free to use, but only displays information. However, the free version is not yet available at this time. The other two cost $17 and $30 respectively, but can also do more, including setting the allowed bandwidth per application or process. A clear difference between the three versions is on this page to find. NetLimiter 3 runs on Windows 2000 and above, and has separate downloads for the 32bit and 64bit versions of Windows. Since beta 9, the following changes have been made:

• Added context sensitive user manual. Just Press F1 to display help for currently active component.
• “Set limit” dialog showing [B]ytes instead of selected units. Fixed.
• Very long executable path corrupting firewall request window. Fixed.
• Improved Client and Service synchronization.
• Remote Admin crash during connection. Fixed.
