Version 2.9 of MusicBrainz Picard has been released. MusicBrainz is one open contentmusic database, which can be accessed to provide music tracks with the correct tags. Picard is the official program for requesting, editing and submitting tags. MusicBrainz Picard is open source and is being developed for Linux, macOS and Windows. Since version 2.8.5, the following changes and improvements have been made:

  • Picard-2685 – Moving files between tracks loses AcoustID fingerprint and ReplayGain tags
  • Picard-2689 – If the first dragged element is not visible an empty rectangle is shown during drag
