Software update: Multi Commander 12.0

Not everyone is happy with Windows Explorer for managing the files on the computer. Some alternatives that regularly appear in the Downloads are Total Commander, Directory Opus and Q-Dir. From Swedish soil comes Multi Commander, which, like the previous programs, is characterized by the double screens that make copying files easy. Besides, there are extensive options to view, modify, rename or search files. Multi Commander is free, has separate downloads for 32bit and 64bit systems, and is less than 5MB in size. Not long ago version 12.0 of Multi Commander was released and the main changes made to it can be found below.

  • Major code restructuring of core parts.

  • NEW – Device dropdown can now show free space on device.

  • Many bug fixes
  • 12 Stability issues fixed
