Software Update: Motherboard Monitor 5 PB-2

Alex van Kaam informs us that he has the Public Beta of his Motherboard Monitor 5 on version 2 now. Below is an overview of the fixes and “open issues”.

• CPU speed can be shown in the dashboard, check the basic tab to turn it on
• Fixed problem with VIA 686a fans (I hope)
• Fixed problem with W83782D via SMBus (I hope)
• Added high/low section
• Spell checked the language files 🙂
• Fixed a bunch of minor bugs

Open issues:

• User reported wrong fan RPM for fan 3 – not able to locate yet
• User reported dahsboard did not hold settings – not able to reproduce this so not able to fix it yet either
• User reported MBM would simply not load – seems an isolated problem as non of the beta testers had this problem
• User reported that interval time changes not always get applied – not able to reproduce or locate yet
