If you ever got RSI from renaming MP3s, then it is recommended to use Media FileName Converter. This program was originally developed to rename MPEG3 files, but after two years of development it gradually started supporting other media files as well. For example, at the touch of a button the underscore is changed to a space. The changelog indicates the following changes from the previous version:
