Paramount Software has released an update to version 5.1 of Macrium Reflect. This program can create a disk image of a partition or hard disk. Macrium Reflect is free for private use, but there are also paid performances That extras including the ability to perform a file backup or an incremental backup, encryption, and restoring a backup to hardware other than that on which the backup was made. The standard version costs 45 euros, the pro version 60 euros and the server edition goes home for 193 euros. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Bug fixes:
- UEFI flash rescue media formatting problem
UEFI USB boot could fail if the USB flash device was not formatted FAT32. The media is now always formatted using FAT32 if UEFI boot is selected. - Program error when loading the drivers page in the rescue media wizard
For some customers, Reflect could crash when displaying the ‘Rescue Media Drivers’ page. This has been resolved.

Some EFI system configurations caused a program crash when imaging ‘All Windows’ partitions. This has been resolved.
