You can use Lansweeper to map the devices in your network. This program works on a Windows machine and is able to inventory the software and hardware present on the network without installing a client program on each computer. All information can then be consulted via a web interface. Lansweeper is available as freeware for small environments, but for larger environments it will paid must become. From version 10.4 onwards, the cloud version is installed by default, if you want a local installation, you can these instructions to follow.
