Software Update: Jikes 1.17

Garden rake pointed us to a new version of Jikes. You can download this version here to download. Jikes is a fast JAVA compiler. Below is the changelog:

Notes:
1.17 focused on minor bug fixes, and correcting regressions in 1.16. It also was the first attempt at “faster, better, cheaper” release management.
