Software update: ICQ Lite 5 beta

ICQ is developing the next generation of its chat program of the same name and has just released a beta release. ICQ Lite 5 beta is about 4.5MB in size and can be downloaded from here be brought down. Some user experiences are on the ICQ forum recorded and these are quite divided. An exact changelog has not yet been published, but among the innovations we find Push2Talk, and support for dual screen and full screen games. • Connection to the Internet must be maintained throughout the installation process.
• Connection problems can appear when working behind a firewall.
• Web Message options from ICQ community services not functional.
• Operating system problems may occur when sending SMS messages using Windown98 SE Hebrew Edition.
• Skin implementation errors may appear when working with Windows 98 SE and Windows ME.
