Download Google Picasa 3.1 build 71.36

Picasa allows you to easily manage, edit and put photos online. The program offers several options for importing and adjusting photos, including straightening the horizon, fine-tuning the contrast, and creating a crop. Google released a new build of Picasa 3.1 on Thursday. In build 71.36 the following improvements have been made:

• Fixed an issue where unedited ‘Original Size’ uploads to Picasa Web Albums were being compressed. These uploads should now respect the compression value associated with the picture.
• Fixed an issue that caused cropped images to display incorrectly when combined with sharpen or glow.
