Download GetRight 5.2 beta 2

Headlight Software, the makers of GetRight, have released beta 2 from the 5.2 branch of their download manager. This program can resume aborted downloads, connect to multiple servers to download a file faster, and automatically shut down the computer after downloading. The changelog announces the following changes:

• Fixed HTTPS with proxy servers, including proxy servers that need logins.
• Improved the new ToGetRight.exe so it will start GetRight if it’s not running.
• Improve handling if FTP server doesn’t like the “REST 0” command, and fixed another FTP bug.
• Handle better if GetRight folder isn’t writeable (for a user account, etc.)
• Some other things to do better with multiple user accounts, especially if the account is has limited access.
• And other things I’ve forgotten to list here…
