This CloneCD release has the motto: Fight the buffer under run!

• Added variable buffers for main- and subchannel data.
• Added two additional read/write threads
• Added two buffer status bars
• Added buffer size setting controls
• Added “Wait until Buffer full” control
• The Display Thread and the Read/Write control thread are now much less dependant on each other. Writing or reading will not be disturbed, even if the display refresh can’t keep up.
• Rearranged Thread priorities
