Download Apple Mac OS X Security Update 2006-007

Apple has just released a security update that closes a number of vulnerabilities in Mac OS X. The security update has been given version number 2006-007 and can be downloaded for the client– and server computers of 10.3.9, as well as the PPC– and Intelclients from 10.4.8. Also for 10.4.8 Server update 2006-007 has been made available. Apple’s software team is in this document indicate which changes will be implemented; AirPort, Finder and OpenSSL, among others, have received one or more updates. It is not clear whether the bug in the dmg handling has also been fixed, but presumably it will have been quietly included in Security Update 2006-007.
