Software Update: AnyDVD 6.1.5.4

SlySoft has released version 6.1.5.4 of AnyDVD. This program can remove the copy and region protections from DVDs on the fly. It is also possible to skip blocked functions, such as the copyright and FBI warnings. Furthermore, the speed of the drive can also be adjusted to reduce the noise produced during playback. Depending on the registration key entered, the program can only handle a traditional DVD-ROM drive or the newer HD DVD or Blu-ray drive. Support for the latest Aacs key has been added in this release, among other things, the full changelog looks like this:

  • New: Added timeout to prevent hang on exit in some situations
  • Fix (DVD): AnyDVD ripper did not work correctly with multiple angles. If you want more control (stream selection, main movie only selection, …) we recommend to use CloneDVD2 available at instead of AnyDVD ripper.
  • Fix (DVD): Sony Arccos Decryption bug introduced in 6.1.4.3, sorry
