A somewhat strange name for a wonderful piece of software for Windows. Alcohol 120% is the name of a relatively new burning program that is already seen by many as the successor to CloneCD. However, there are many differences between Alcohol 120% and CloneCD. Alcohol 120% contains functions that you will not find in any burning program. For example, in safe mode you can just bake CDs or ‘mount’ an ISO file under Windows as an additional drive without installing the necessary programs. Furthermore, this package can copy CDs and DVDs 1 to 1 as we know from CloneCD, where the makers even claim to be able to read damaged CDs. In short, a program of which we will hear more in the future. Following is the list of changes for this version:
