Software update: ScreenToGif 2.23.2

Version 2.23.2 of ScreenToGif has been released. With this open-source application, the actions on the screen or the images of the webcam can be recorded. The result can optionally be edited with the baked-in editor and then saved as an animated gif image or movie file. The program depends on .Net 4.8 and the download is therefore minimal. It can also be used without having to install it first. ScreenToGif is actively developed and new versions are released regularly. This release brings two minor improvements and two improved translations.

Bug fixes:
The settings were being erased due to an empty value.
When limiting the Undo stack, the app could crash when trying to undo.
