The RTX 4060 Ti with 16GB of memory would consume 5W more than the regular version with 8GB. That is what Videocardz claims, which does not say how it obtained that information. The two models also resemble each other in almost all areas.

Videocardz writes that Nvidia’s upcoming RTX 4060 Ti will have a TDP of 165W. The site usually has reliable information, but this time it does not say which sources the message is based on. It concerns the RTX 4060 Ti with 16GB of vram, about which rumors came out last week. The 4060 Ti with 16GB would be almost identical to the 4060 Ti with 8GB. The models would both have 4352 cudacores and a 128bit memory bus. This would mean that both models have a memory bandwidth of 288Gbit/s.

The only difference is in the consumption and possibly the boost clock. The height of the latter is not yet known for the 16GB model. With the 8GB model, that boost clock is 2535MHz. The tdp of the 16GB version is 165W. On the 8GB card that is still 160W.

Earlier it appeared from leaked information that the 16GB model should be available in July. Videocardz confirms those rumors; the card was scheduled for release in the second half of that month. The 8GB model has been rumored for weeks. That card was supposed to be released on May 24.
