Its maximum capacity would be 256GB. The Mate 20 Pro runs on a Kirin 980-soc, which is manufactured at 7nm. In addition, four Arm Cortex A55 cores run at up to 1.8GHz, while two Cortex A76 cores run at 1.9GHz and another two at up to 2.6GHz. In addition, a Mali-G76 GPU is present.
