Rumor: Apple asks suppliers to make 75 million iPhone 12 copies

Apple would have asked suppliers to produce about 75 million iPhone 12 copies, according to financial news agency Bloomberg. It’s unclear how much Apple expects to sell the different models.

The number of 75 million new iPhones is roughly in line with the numbers of previous years, Bloomberg claims. Bloomberg editor Mark Gurman has been known for years of good sources within Apple. With that, it seems that Apple does not expect a drop in the deliveries of its new models compared to previous generations.
