Renders show Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 case with S Pen holder

Samsung provides an official case for its folding smartphone Galaxy Z Fold3 with a storage space for an S Pen stylus. This is evident from renders of the cover that have appeared online. Earlier it became clear that the Z Fold3 will receive support for the stylus.

The cover appears to be made of leather or faux leather and has a holder for the S Pen where the hinge of the Z Fold3 sits, according to the renders that put 91mobiles online. The site claims to have received the images from “industry sources.”

Previously, renders had already leaked of the Galaxy Z Fold3 with the S Pen on it. However, it was not yet clear how Samsung combines the stylus with the smartphone. Whether Samsung supplies the stylus and cover as standard, or whether it concerns optional accessories, is also not yet known.

The Z Fold3 is reportedly getting a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888-soc, 12GB ram and 120Hz OLED screens on the inside and outside. The screen on the outside has a diagonal of 6.23″ and the screen on the inside is 7.55″. The battery capacity is said to be 4275mAh; that’s less than the Z Fold2’s 4500mAh.

Samsung is holding an Unpacked event on August 11 where it will announce new products. In the announcement, the manufacturer hints at the introduction of a foldable smartphone. According to leaked information, Samsung will present the Galaxy Z Fold3, Z Flip3, S21 FE and Galaxy Watch4 at the event.
