Razer Blade 15 Advanced with Intel octacore and RTX 3060 costs 2500 euros

Razer has shown an Advanced Model of the Blade 15. This will get an H-series Intel Core i7 or i9 from Intel’s Tiger Lake generation and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 30-series GPU. There are three screen options, with the top model getting a 4k OLED screen.

At the Blade 15 Advanced customers can opt for Intel’s H-series octacores announced Tuesday. This concerns the i7-11800H or the i9-11800H. These both have eight cores and sixteen threads. The i7 processor has a clock speed of 2.3GHz with a turbo of 4.2GHz, in the Blade 15 Advanced laptop with i9 processor that turbo clock is a maximum of 4.9 GHz.

The cheapest Blade 15 Advanced will get an RTX 3060 GPU, Razer will also supply the laptop with RTX 3070 or RTX 3080 GPU. In all models, the video memory is 8GB, except for the i9 model with RTX 3080, which has 16GB vram. Of the six laptops, the three cheaper variants have 16GB-DDR4-3200MHz memory with dual-channel. The three most expensive laptops are 32GB dual-channel DDR4-3200MHz memory.

All laptops have 1TB PCIe storage, with the most expensive five laptops expandable via an unused M.2 slot. The cheapest model with RTX 3060 does not have an unused M.2 slot. This model is thinner than the other laptops. The cheapest model is 1.57 centimeters thick, the other models are 1.7 centimeters thick. Viewed from above, the laptops measure 23.50×35.51cm and weigh 2.01kg.

Furthermore, customers can choose from three screen types, two of which are IPS screens. It is a 240Hz screen with a resolution of 2560×1440 and a response time of 2.5ms, or a 360Hz screen with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a response time of 2ms. The screens support one hundred percent of the DCI-P3 and the sRGB color spectrum respectively. The touch-sensitive OLED screen also supports one hundred percent of DCI-P3 and has a response time of 1ms.

The laptops also support Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and Thunderbolt 4, have an SD card reader, three USB 3.2 ports, two USB 3.2 Type C ports and an HDMI 2.1 port. In addition, they have a 1080p webcam with Windows Hello support, RGB backlighting in the keyboard and an 80Wh battery.

The Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model laptops will be available from June. There are a total of twelve configurations on the manufacturer’s website. The cheapest model with Core i7 RTX 3060 costs 2500 euros, the most expensive version with a 4k OLED screen, RTX 3080, Core i9 and 32GB ram costs 3700 euros.
