Petroglyph Releases Survival RTS Game Conan Unconquered May 30red
Petroglyph’s real-time survival strategy game Conan Unconquered will be released May 30. The game is set in the sword & sorcery world of Conan the Barbarian and includes survival elements and co-op.
The gameplay of Conan Unconquered is similar to that of They Are Billions. Players must build a base while every so often hordes of enemies appear to be defeated. The game features heroes with special abilities, such as Conan, and challenges such as fire, disease and sandstorms.
One of the features with which Conan Unconquered should distinguish itself is with the co-op mode, where two players build and defend together, for example sharing income. The game’s creator is Petroglyph, home to many developers who worked on Command & Conquer at Westwood Studios, and the studio was also responsible for Star Wars: Empire at War. The game is published by Funcom, costs 30 euros on Steam and will be released for PC on May 30th.
