The television from OnePlus is most likely running on Android 9 Pie. Moreover, leaked specifications of the TV confirm that it is a 4K model, which runs on a previously unused Mediatek CPU.
OnePlus announced the OnePlus TV earlier this month. Until then there were only a few specifications of the device, but it was already clear that the television will get qled panels and that TVs of 43, 55, 65 and 75 inches will come out. New specifications from @AndroidTV_rumor now also partly show which software and hardware the TV uses.
The television runs on Android 9 Pie, just like many other modern Android televisions. In addition, the television has a Mediatek MT5670 processor, but nothing is known about it at the moment. That chip has a Mali-G51 MP3 GPU and a quad-core ARM Cortex A53 architecture at 1500 MHz. There is also 2GB of ram in the television. The device must be released next month. The Netherlands is among the countries where the device is for sale. It is not yet clear what the device will cost.
